- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in the manufacturing industry (automotive experience is preferred).
- Strong knowledge of production processes, Lean Manufacturing, TPS, and Continuous Improvement.
- Familiar with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and 5S/5R implementation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP/ERP systems.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead the achievement of production, quality, and efficiency targets in line with established KPIs.
- Oversee production operations by optimizing material utilization, manpower, production capacity, and manufacturing processes.
- Analyze and resolve production issues through effective corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Drive the implementation of manufacturing systems, including TPS, TPM, QCC, and other continuous improvement programs to enhance productivity and reduce production costs.
Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (WI), IATF 16949, ISO 14001, as well as Health, Safety, and 5R standards.
- Develop team capabilities by enhancing operators' skills, discipline, and quality awareness.
- Oversee new product mass production readiness and ensure the accuracy of production administration, including SAP transactions.
