Academic Standards Senior Lead - BINUS SCHOOL Education

Job Responsibilities

Academic Standards Senior Lead is responsible to assist the BSE Director and Education System General Manager in managing BINUS SCHOOL curriculum that follows the standards as expected by BSE

Work on the academic standards includes curriculum, assessments and all other study-related documents as necessary

The Academic Standards Lead is also responsible to monitor the implementation of syllabuses for all subjects in BINUS SCHOOLS and to advise the Education System General Manager in the modification/design of their content, should there be a need

• The position is also in charge of monitoring the standards and procedures related to academics, both national and international in nature
• Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in education or other related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within an educational setting
• Experience in working within an international curriculum environment
• Demonstrate ability to lead, collaborate, and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and strategic thinking skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
