Role Description

The Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This position is responsible for managing client relationships, understanding project requirements, and acting as the primary contact between clients and internal teams. Day-to-day tasks include preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating with design, project, and operations teams, and monitoring project timelines to ensure deliverables meet client expectations. The Account Executive will also identify new business opportunities, support sales presentations, maintain accurate records of client communications, and provide regular updates and reports to management.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Solid sales, negotiation, and presentation skills to support business development and close deals effectively.
• Project coordination and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple accounts, timelines, and deliverables.
• Effective communication skills in written and spoken English and Indonesian, with the ability to convey technical and design information clearly.
• Basic understanding of construction, interior design, or design-and-build processes; prior experience in a contractor or design firm is an advantage.
