Account Executive

About the role

Glorya Group is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our sales team in South Jakarta. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base whilst maintaining strong partnerships with existing accounts. This position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on the company's success through strategic account management and consultative selling.

• What you'll be doing
• Identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new business opportunities within assigned territory or industry verticals
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and objectives
• Developing customised solutions and proposals that address client requirements and align with company offerings
• Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and closure
• Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the engagement
• Collaborating with internal teams including marketing, operations, and product to deliver exceptional client experiences
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, opportunities, and contracts in the CRM system
• Conducting regular account reviews and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Presenting product features, benefits, and value propositions to prospective and existing clients
• What we're looking for
• Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development within a B2B or B2C environment
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
