🎯 Responsibilities
- Identify and develop relationships with new clients while maintaining good relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client needs and provide solutions that match the company’s products/services.
- Prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve the predetermined sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client service processes.
- Prepare regular sales reports and client development updates.
✅ Qualifications
- Minimum education D3 degree in any major (preferably in Management, Marketing, Communication, or related fields).
- At least 1 year of experience in sales/marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM applications.
- Having a personal vehicle and a valid driving license is a plus.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
