- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Manage client needs and expectations for events
- Develop event strategies and concepts with the team
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Deliver presentations to clients in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in Event Organizer / Agency (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent and active in English (both spoken and written)
- Excellent client and project management abilities
- Professional appearance with a confident personality
- Proficient in MS Office and Canva
