- Identify, approach, and acquire new clients
- Understand client needs and translate them into actionable strategies
- Analyze digital trends and incorporate insights into client strategy planning
- Develop and execute digital campaign strategies based on client briefs
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., operations) to ensure campaign delivery meets KPI targets
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure alignment with defined KPIs
- 1–3 years of experience as an Account Executive, preferably in online media with a basic understanding of programmatic advertising
- Prior experience working with advertising agencies is preferred
- Experience in media industry is a strong advantage
- Proven ability to identify and acquire new prospective clients
- Strong network with direct clients and/or advertising agencies is a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Up-to-date with digital advertising trends, programmatic ecosystem, and media landscape
