• Account Manager (F&B), Indonesia

As Account Manager, Flavor (Indonesia), you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic key accounts in Indonesia, acting as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams. This role involves developing account plans, identifying new business opportunities, coordinating projects through commercialization, supporting sales forecasts and budgets and driving customer engagement activities such as visits and innovation days. You will work closely with Technical, Marketing, Country Management and other stakeholders to support revenue growth and identify new high-potential accounts.

The Position

Support the achievements of revenue targets for assigned accounts, including the development of account plans & sales strategies.

Act as the local point of contact for the assigned accounts, managing customer relationships and coordinating projects, samples and documentation

Identify new opportunities and projects within assigned accounts and coordinate with internal project teams to drive execution through completion and commercial win

• Work closely with relevant stakeholders to support the completion and commercialization of customer requests.
• Prepare documents, presentations and statistics requested by Country Management team for internal and external meetings.
• Support the preparation and revision of the sales budget and forecasts.
• Coordinate and execute customer visits, innovation days and related customer engagement activities
• Identify new growth hotspots and high-potential accounts beyond the assigned customer portfolio

The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Food Science, Marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years relevant B2B sales experience within flavor, food ingredients or related industries.
• Prior experience as a Business Development Manager or Key Account Manager is preferred.
• Familiarity with FMCG manufacturers, customers and market dynamics.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with regional business or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to translate abstract data, insights and market trends into meaningful customer-relevant commercial initiatives.

Strong project management and facilitation skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

• Strong solution-based selling, communication and stakeholder engagement skills to drive business growth
• In-depth insights into ways of working with key FMCG companies to build and grow healthy business pipeline.
• Highly result-oriented with strong collaborative mindset to work effectively as a key team player
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
