- Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily communication and relationships with clients.
- Coordinate internal and client meetings effectively.
- Understand clients’ needs, goals, and expectations to support successful project delivery.
- Coordinate project timelines and ensure projects stay on track in collaboration with the Project Manager and internal teams.
- Provide regular updates to the internal management team regarding project pipelines, ongoing projects, and upcoming opportunities.
- Brief internal teams on project details, client goals, and ensure deliverables align with client expectations and timelines.
- Prepare, present, and send reports, presentations, and campaign performance updates to clients.
- Identify upselling opportunities, support proposal preparation, and provide strategic recommendations to prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships to support long-term retention and satisfaction.
- Follow up on revisions, approvals, and project deadlines to ensure smooth execution.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, client service, project management, or related roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, creative campaigns, and project workflows is a plus.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.
- Comfortable coordinating with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Strong presentation and reporting skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a digital agency or creative industry.
- Familiarity with tools such as ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Experience handling international clients is a plus.
