About The Role

Clippo is an innovative platform connecting Creators and Brands with Clippers to distribute short-form video content on TikTok and Instagram Reels, maximizing visibility, views, and engagement.

As an Account Manager After Sales at Clippo, you will be responsible for managing clients after the deal is closed, ensuring campaigns are executed smoothly, and maintaining strong long-term relationships with clients. This role requires strong client handling, campaign coordination, performance monitoring, reporting, and the ability to identify opportunities for campaign renewal, upselling, and account growth.

Key Responsibility

Client Relationship Management : Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, acting as the main point of contact throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Campaign Brief & Coordination : Translate client requirements into clear campaign briefs and coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign execution aligns with agreed objectives, budget, and timeline.

Campaign Monitoring & Optimization : Monitor campaign performance, including views, submissions, CPM, budget utilization, and overall progress, while identifying areas for improvement.

Client Communication & Issue Handling : Provide regular campaign updates, handle client feedback or concerns, and coordinate with relevant internal teams to resolve campaign-related issues effectively.

Reporting & Performance Analysis : Prepare campaign reports, analyze relevant performance metrics, and provide insights or recommendations based on campaign results.

Client Retention & Account Growth : Identify opportunities for repeat campaigns, renewals, additional budgets, upselling, and other potential collaborations to increase client retention and account value.

• Required Skill and Competencies
• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Communication, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Account Management, Client Service, Business Development, or related roles, preferably within digital agencies, MCNs, influencer marketing, or digital media industries.

• Strong communication, client handling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Comfortable working with digital campaign metrics such as Views, CPM, Engagement Rate, CTR, ROAS, and Budget Utilization.
• Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of social media ecosystems, particularly TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple clients or campaigns simultaneously.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong team player with a client-oriented and solution-driven mindset.
