About the role

• We are seeking an experienced
• Account Manager

to join PT Wishindo Mandiri in a full-time capacity based in Cimanggis, Jawa Barat. In this strategic position, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts, acting as a vital bridge between our clients and internal teams. This role is essential to our business development objectives and plays a crucial part in maintaining our reputation for outstanding service and client retention.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring regular communication and understanding of client needs

• Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth
• Prepare and deliver compelling account plans and business proposals tailored to client objectives
• Monitor account performance metrics and provide regular updates to management on account status, revenue pipeline, and client satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services, resolving any issues that may arise
• Conduct periodic business reviews with key clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement
• Manage account budgets and negotiate contracts to achieve mutually beneficial terms
• Document all client interactions and transactions in the customer relationship management system
• Represent PT Wishindo Mandiri professionally at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities
• What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or a related field with proven experience of 2-3 years in account management, sales management, or similar client-facing roles within a B2B or B2C environment as a supplier of industrial, mining and oil & gas chemical

• Strong understanding of sales principles, account management practices, and relationship management strategies
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions that drive business value
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of the Indonesian market and experience working with local businesses is advantageous
