Account Manager Sales

About the role

An experienced Account Manager role at PT Alternative Media Group, responsible for managing key client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving business growth. This is a full-time position based in South Jakarta, Jakarta.

• Key responsibilities
• Proactively manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of strategic clients
• Understand client needs and objectives, and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements
• Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring client satisfaction and profitability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and meet client expectations
• Identify new business opportunities and secure additional revenue streams from existing clients
• Provide regular progress reports and updates to clients and internal stakeholders
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's sales and marketing strategies
• About you
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an account management or client relationship role, preferably within the media or advertising industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering value-added solutions
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Familiarity with media planning, advertising strategies, and marketing concepts
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, or Communications
