Account Manager – Southeast Asia (Oils & Fats Engineering)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in Southeast Asia.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, including edible oil refineries, oleochemical plants, and specialty fat producers.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure seamless delivery of engineering solutions, from proposal to commissioning.
• Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to support product and service development.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings across the region.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals, contracts, and regular performance reports to both clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Chemistry, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within the oils and fats, oleochemical, or related process engineering industries.

• Proven track record of managing regional accounts and achieving sales growth.
• Strong understanding of oils and fats processing technologies, including refining, fractionation, hydrogenation, and interesterification.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other Southeast Asian languages is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the Southeast Asia region.
• Self-motivated, culturally adaptable, and able to work independently in a matrix organization.
