• We’re looking for an
• Account Operations Intern

to join our Key Account Operations team based in Jakarta, Indonesia to support the team in ensuring that all the operational information and practices are accurately practiced by maintaining and verifying the accuracy of data, assisting reports preparation, and providing findings related to the data/ information observed.

• What You'll Be Doing
• Data recording and input management with high accuracy

Reporting & Tracking Support - Able to assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports, tracking key metrics (e.g., attendance, performance, invoices)

• Basic Data Handling & Analysis - Able to identify inconsistencies in data, flag issues, and support root cause analysis with guidance
• Presenting simple findings clearly to team members and highlight key observations

High-stakes Projects: Work on a key project independently or as a team to solve a real-business problem with potential for implementation.

Leadership Access: Gathering and sharing sessions with our key leaders, founders and CEO, and participate in our key business review meetings.

Post-Internship Recognition: At the end of your internship, you will present your key project/learnings to a leadership panel and receive a "GFLP Certificate" as an endorsement. You will also be evaluated based on your project and work outcomes for a full-time conversion opportunity (priority for final year students or graduates).

• Who We Are Looking For
• Bachelor Degree and Fresh graduates whom will be able to commit at minimally 3 months full-time internship arrangement are welcomed to apply
• Good command of English (written and verbal)
• Good analytical skills, systematic and well-organized with a keen attention to details

Basic Data Handling & Analysis - Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets (e.g., sorting, filtering, simple formulas) to support reporting and tracking

• Willing to learn and use HRMS, payroll systems, and internal dashboards to manage and extract data
• Curious, proactive, and eager to develop data and operations skills in a fast-paced environment.
