- Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) and/or Accounts Payable (AP), preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of credit control, billing, collections, invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and customer account management.
- Hands-on experience with SAP (FI/AR/AP modules) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPN & PPh) and financial compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with retail other income processes, including rebates, rafaksi, and promotional funding.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
