About the role
- Ciputra Group is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented
- Account Payable Intern
- to join our Finance team. This is an internship position based in
- South Jakarta, Jakarta
. In this role, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in financial accounting and reporting, specifically focusing on accounts payable operations.
- What you'll be doing
- Processing and recording accounts payable invoices and expense claims in accordance with company policies and accounting standards
- Preparing and distributing payment documentation, including cheques, transfers and payment vouchers
- Maintaining accurate records of payables transactions and filing supporting documentation
- Communicating with vendors regarding invoices, payment terms and outstanding matters
- What we're looking for
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy when processing financial transactions
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members across different departments
- Willingness to learn and develop technical accounting knowledge during the internship
