About the role

• We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
• Account Payable professional
• to join PT. Berani Merintis Sejahtera in North Jakarta. This is a
• full-time position

that plays a crucial role in managing our accounts payable function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments and vendor communications. As an Account Payable specialist, you will be integral to maintaining the financial integrity of our organisation and supporting our finance team in delivering exceptional operational results.

• What you'll be doing
• Processing and verifying invoices from vendors and suppliers with accuracy and attention to detail
• Recording accounts payable transactions in the accounting system and maintaining organised filing systems
• Reconciling vendor statements and investigating discrepancies or payment issues
• Preparing and processing payments on time whilst adhering to payment terms and company policies
• Communicating with vendors regarding invoice enquiries, payment schedules and account issues
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date vendor records and contact information
• Supporting month-end and year-end closing procedures, including accruals and reconciliations
• Assisting with invoice data entry and ensuring all supporting documentation is complete and filed appropriately
• Monitoring accounts payable ageing reports and following up on overdue items
• Contributing to process improvements and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency within the accounts payable function
• What we're looking for
• Proven experience working in an accounts payable role or similar financial administration position
• Strong proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheet applications such as Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all financial transactions

Strong communication skills in both written and verbal English, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders

• Knowledge of invoicing processes, payment procedures and basic accounting principles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative finance team
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting practices and regulations is advantageous
• A high level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial information
