Management Consultant - YARD Finnancial Solutions is Hiring now!
YARD Financial Solutions are seeking an experienced Accountant to join the dynamic team. This full-time position is based in Badung, Bali, and will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and administrative support to the company's client.
- What you'll be doing
- Assisting in the accurate and timely recording of clients' daily financial transactions.
- Preparing monthly financial reports
- , such as journals, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
- Coordinating with the project team
- and management to ensure a smooth financial workflow.
- Assisting in checking client financial records.
- Managing financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and proofs of payment.
- Assisting with the tax administration process (VAT, PPh/Income Tax, e-Faktur, etc.).
- Performing routine bank reconciliations.
- Assisting in data preparation for internal and external audit purposes.
- Neatly archiving financial and administrative documents.
- What we're looking for
- Minimum Education D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum
- 3– 4 years of experience
- in Accounting or 1 year in a similar position.
- Preferably experienced in service or consulting companies.
- Understanding of accounting and taxation principles according to PSAK
- (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards).
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Meticulous, organized, and able to work with deadlines.
- Able to work independently or within a team.
- Placement at the YARD Office in Ungasan, Badung, Bali.
