About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting professional to join 2080 Burger in Bali. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organisation. As an Accounting professional, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role is essential to supporting the strategic financial decision-making across our business operations.

• What you'll be doing
• Recording and processing daily financial transactions, including invoices, expenses and receipts
• Reconciling bank statements and accounting records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
• Preparing and maintaining general ledgers and subsidiary accounts
• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review
• Supporting the audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations
• Monitoring and managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Ensuring compliance with accounting principles, policies and relevant regulations
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve financial queries and discrepancies
• Maintaining organised and secure financial records and documentation
• Supporting month-end and year-end closing procedures
• What we're looking for
• Qualification in accounting, finance or a related field (diploma or degree)
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel with strong data analysis capabilities
• Knowledge of accounting principles, standards and financial reporting requirements
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
• Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable management
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams
• Integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial information
• Preferably 2–5 years of experience in an accounting role within a similar industry or environment
