About the role
We are seeking an Accounting & Finance Staff member to join our Finance team in South Jakarta on a full-time basis. This is a key position within our financial accounting and reporting function, where you will play an essential role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the company's financial operations. You will contribute directly to ensuring our financial systems run smoothly and that all reporting requirements are met with precision and professionalism.
- What you'll be doing
- Processing and recording financial transactions in accordance with accounting principles and company policies
- Preparing recap data selling tickets from Amadeus System
- Creates invoices for tickets selling
- Preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for the general ledger
- Reconciling accounts and investigating discrepancies to ensure accuracy
- Maintaining and organising financial records and supporting documentation
- Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Supporting the preparation of financial analysis and variance reports
- What we're looking for
- Completed qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field (Diploma or Bachelor's degree minimum)
- Proven experience in financial accounting and reporting for a minimum of 2 years
- Between 20 - 26 year old
- Strong proficiency in Accurate Accounting System and Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency oral and written in English and Indonesian languages
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements is advantageous
