Accounting Manager

About the role

We are an established manufacturing company located in Jatake, Tangerang, looking for a hands-on and strategic Accounting Manager. In this role, you will lead the entire accounting operations, corporate taxation, cost control, and day-to-day ERP/system management, while also assisting the directors with budgeting and cash flow analysis. We need an "all-rounder" leader who is highly accurate, sharp with data, and capable of managing end-to-end finance, accounting, and tax compliance.

Key responsibilities

Accounting & Costing Operations: Oversee accurate financial reporting, manufacturing costing (COGS), factory inventory controls, and ensure smooth monthly/yearly closing.

Financial Control & Cash Flow: Manage corporate budgeting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring, and provide financial data insights to the directors.

Tax Compliance: Handle all corporate tax planning, reporting (PPN, PPh, Corporate Income Tax), and ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.

System & ERP Management: Maintain and optimize the financial workflows within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) and Accurate systems.

• Audit Coordination: Lead and coordinate both internal and external financial/tax audit processes.
• About you
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Accounting, with at least 5 years in a Managerial/Supervisory role.
• Hands-on manufacturing experience is required, particularly in factory costing and inventory.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, corporate taxation, and audit.
• Proven experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) and/or Accurate system is required.
• Experience working in a PMA / Multinational company is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Mature, professional, highly accurate, with strong analytical, leadership and problem-solving skills.
