Accounting Manager

Job Description

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely submission of financial reports.
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including invoicing, payments, payroll, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for management review and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Manage taxation matters, including tax audits, objections, appeals, and related documentation.
• Develop, monitor, and analyze monthly financial plans to support operational and business objectives.
• Consolidate and manage the annual budgeting process, providing financial projections and long-term planning support.
• Analyze financial data to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Lead, mentor, and support the Accounting and Tax team to ensure high performance and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, actuaries, and other professional advisors during audits, reviews, and advisory engagements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and support business operations.
• Establish, maintain, and strengthen internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
• Utilize SAP effectively to manage accounting and financial processes.

Persyaratan

• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
• At least 3 years in a managerial role as an Accounting Manager or Finance Manager.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation regulations, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to be based in KITB - Batang, Central Java.
