- What You’ll Do
- Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and assist with monthly and yearly financial reports
- Ensure timely recording of transactions and proper documentation of financial data
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment tracking
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
- Assist in audits, financial analysis, and budgeting processes
- Work closely with the Finance Manager to streamline accounting procedures and improve internal controls
- Preparing and analyzing accounting journals through to the Cost of Goods Manufactured statement within the F&B sector.
- Calculating the value of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods using appropriate valuation methods.
- Planning, executing, and reconciling Stock Opname regularly to identify and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Understanding perishable inventory characteristics, handling sensitive goods, and implementing waste control.
- Proven ability to deliver accurate financial reports independently or in coordination with kitchen and operational teams.
