Astana Razqa is hiring an Accounting & Tax Professional on behalf of an Australian professional services provider. You will support Australian businesses remotely from Indonesia.

Working Hours: 8 hours per day, following assigned Australian business hours (e.g., Perth, Sydney, Brisbane time zones).

Commitment: This is a strict full-time role. Candidates must not hold secondary employment, freelance clients, or side jobs during employment.

Previous Australian accounting experience is NOT required. Training in Australian accounting systems and compliance will be provided.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• General accounting, bookkeeping, and general ledger maintenance
• Bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
• Preparation of financial statements and management reports
• BAS, GST, and Australian tax-related accounting support
• Month-end and year-end procedures
• Accounting software operation: Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks
• Direct online communication with Australian clients and teams

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years' experience in an accounting firm, tax consulting firm, or KAP
• Strong foundation in accounting principles (Journal entries, P&L, Balance Sheet)
• Brevet A & B qualifications are highly regarded
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency
• Strong internet connection and dedicated quiet home workspace
• Ability to work independently under monitored target metrics (90%+ productivity expectation)
