Accounting Supervisor (Contract-Based)

Main Responsibilities

Review and verify all journal entries and cross-departmental postings made by the Finance team to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

• Oversee timely monthly close processes and prepare/review monthly financial statements along with supporting data.
• Analyze the company's financial position and perform actual vs. budget variance analyses to identify operational key drivers.
• Provide direction, supervision, and guidance to the Accounting and Finance team.
• Prepare required documentation and coordinate internal and external audit processes to ensure adherence to timeline targets.
• Resolve audit findings and oversee the implementation of corrective action plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 3–5 years in Accounting/Finance, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong command of the full accounting cycle, financial statement preparation, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with accounting/ERP systems.
• Proven leadership, analytical mindset, and exceptional attention to detail.
