Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Accounting Supervisor, preferably within the coal mining or mining industry.
Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Accurate, or similar), with advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and accounting principles.
- Comprehensive understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), PPh 25, PPh 29, and PPN.
- Experienced in using e-Faktur and e-SPT tax applications.
- Brevet A & B Tax Certification is required; Brevet C certification is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of mining cost accounting, inventory valuation, operational cost management, and statutory compliance reporting.
Fluent in Professional Business English, both spoken and written, with the ability to prepare formal reports and deliver management presentations.
Willing to work on-site in Barito Utara, Central Kalimantan.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor production cost accounting processes and perform variance analysis related to mining and operational costs.
- Ensure accurate recording, reporting, and analysis of mining-related expenses and cost structures.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during annual financial audits.
- Maintain and strengthen financial controls, accounting policies, and compliance procedures.
- Ensure timely preparation of financial reports, tax submissions, and statutory compliance documents.
- Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, and cost optimization initiatives.
