Job Description
- PT. First Target Image, a company engaged in interior design and construction, is seeking an experienced
- Accounting & Tax Senior
to manage the company’s accounting and taxation activities. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, tax compliance, and effective supervision of the finance team to maintain efficient and transparent operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure accurate and timely recording of all accounting transactions.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK standards.
- Manage and ensure tax reporting compliance (VAT, Income Tax 21, 23, 25, 4(2), etc.).
- Perform tax reconciliations and prepare supporting documents for audits.
- Conduct
- regular stock opname
- and ensure consistency between accounting records and physical inventory.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, and payables.
- Provide financial and tax analysis to support management decisions.
- Supervise and guide the accounting team to maintain discipline and accuracy.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and relevant parties.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum
- 3–5 years
- of experience in accounting and taxation; supervisory experience is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of
- Indonesian tax regulations
- and
PSAK
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage a team effectively.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Brevet A & B certification
- is a plus.
