Accounting & Tax Staff – Mandarin Speaker

About the Role

PT DDS Solusi Indonesia is seeking an Accounting & Tax Staff – Mandarin Speaker to join our internal team at Landmark Pluit, North Jakarta.

This is a full-time position responsible for handling daily accounting and taxation activities, ensuring accurate financial records, timely tax compliance, and effective coordination with Mandarin-speaking clients and internal teams.

As an Accounting & Tax Staff, you will support financial reporting, transaction reviews, tax obligations, client communication, and the company’s daily accounting operations.

• Fresh graduates with relevant educational backgrounds and good Mandarin communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Key Responsibilities
• Record daily accounting transactions and journal entries.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and account reconciliations.
• Review invoices, reimbursements, bank transactions, and supporting documents.
• Calculate, prepare, and report company taxes, including PPh and VAT.
• Ensure accurate and timely accounting and tax compliance.
• Maintain organised accounting and tax records.
• Communicate and coordinate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Translate or explain accounting and tax-related information in Indonesian and Mandarin.
• Coordinate with clients, auditors, tax officers, and internal teams.
• Support other accounting, tax, and administrative tasks as required.
• What We're Looking For
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, both verbally and in writing.
• Basic understanding of accounting and Indonesian taxation.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel; Coretax knowledge is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Willing to work at Landmark Pluit, North Jakarta.
