Job Description
- Prepare financial statements and working papers according to group templates and deadlines.
- Review bank statements, petty cash reports, and vouchers prepared by staff.
- Ensure AP documents provided to the Finance division comply with applicable regulations.
- Review landed cost journals processed by staff.
- Update exchange rates in the system weekly.
- Input and request required Business Partner documents as requested by other divisions.
- Perform COA balance extraction, monthly reconciliation, and follow-up on discrepancies to ensure accurate balances.
- Create and update monthly asset and prepaid lists.
- Review the accuracy of payroll journals prepared by the HR division.
- Perform routine and necessary adjusting journals.
- Prepare documents required for internal and external purposes, including financial statement audits and ISO.
- Assist and answer inquiries from internal and external parties regarding the company's financial statements.
- Create the monthly ISO EPSM report.
- Assist the Assistant Manager and Manager in fulfilling their duties and responsibilities.
- Support and implement company QHSE programs (Quality, Environmental, and OHS/K3 Management Systems).
Job Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as an Accounting/Tax Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial statement preparation and tax regulations.
- Proven leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software, with specific expertise in SAP being highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across divisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
