• Manage groups of students
• Lead ice‑breaker games
• Lead non‑technical activities
• Follow safety and safeguarding guidelines
• Load, set up, and take care of equipment
• Support the team in all circumstances

Requirements

• Prior experience with students in Outdoor or Education settings
• Fluent in English (B2+)
• High stamina for long outdoor days
