- 1. Handle administrative, operations and services to support business project related to student and/or lecturer service.
- 2. Support and ensure teaching learning operations (class distributions, student-teacher attendances, etc.)
- 3. Provide assistance and information on product features.
- 4. Support and ensure information of learning process services.
- 5. Ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.
- 6. Creative and pro-actively come with improvement ideas
- 7. Collaborate with all stakeholder (school partner, business, commercial, regional, etc.) to achieve better results
- 1. Relevant bachelor’s degree
- 2. Former business / operations / sales experience preferred
- 3. Good understanding of business metrics and KPIs
- 4. Good time-management skills, Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- 5. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
