- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Issue invoices, tax invoices, and statements accurately and on time
- Record incoming payments and reconcile them against outstanding invoices
- Monitor the AR aging report and follow up on overdue payments
- Send payment reminders and coordinate on collection issues
- Prepare the AR reconciliation and the monthly receivables report
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Receive and verify supplier invoices against the PO and goods receipt
- Input vendor bills into the accounting system and check tax calculations (PPN, PPh)
- Schedule and prepare payments by due date and cash availability
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor the AP aging report and keep vendor relationships smooth
- Prepare payment vouchers and get the required approvals
