- Deskripsi pekerjaan Admin Logistik (Logistics Admin) PT Global Multindo Cipta
- Contract (PKWT), full-time, on-site in Surabaya
- Salary: IDR 4,500,000/month + BPJS
- Start date: 1 November 2026
Responsibilities
- Verify shipping documents against purchase orders (PO) and delivery notes
- Escalate any discrepancies to the operations team
- Enter BPJS and payroll data
- Keep physical and digital files organised
- Prepare invoices and track accounts receivable (AR)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1)
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics administration
- Good Excel skills
- Nice to have: a logistics certification
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00, plus standby when needed
