Admin Marketing (Business Unit)

Requirement

• Minimum D3 Secretariat
• Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative
• A critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research skills.
• Proficient with computers, preferably MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), fast and accurate typing is a must.
• English would be a plus; familiarity with business correspondence and good filing skills
• Able to work in detail and be well organized
• Motivated to grow and learn

Job Description

Responsible to the administrative & marketing tasks related to Business Unit:

Price list preparation, Marketing material management, demo and presentation management, database update and database reporting; tailor-made offers, filing of offers, Follow up of inventory and order to principals, delivery follow up, preparation of report to principal. Participation to event organization and coordination.

• Coordination of providing social media contents with Business Unit team
• Responsible to actively participate in issue resolution with the team in respective Business Unit.

Responsible to be proactively participating in customer visits with Business Unit team (Surgical Workplace Multimedia & IT) with the objective to develop relationship & identify opportunities.
