- Process incoming orders (check orders, input data, coordinate with warehouse/packing team) through Accurate systems
- Update order status & input tracking numbers
- Monitor stock and coordinate with the warehouse team
- Handle customer complaints effectively in collaboration with the team
- Prepare daily reports (order & sales)
Requirement
- Familiar with Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop
- Able to operate Excel/Google Sheets & Accurate
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and responsible
