About the role

Freelance Admin Social Media & Content Creator to help develop branding and increase digital presence for a container and logistics company. The role combines social media management with content creation across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.

• Key responsibilities
• Manage company social media accounts including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Schedule and upload content according to calendar and social media strategy
• Reply to comments and messages in a friendly and professional manner
• Monitor engagement, reach, and growth of social media accounts
• Create regular content performance reports
• Process photos and videos provided by the company into engaging content
• Create and edit short videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok
• Design feed posts, stories, video covers, and digital promotional materials
• Write informative and engaging captions aligned with company identity
• Develop content ideas related to containers, depots, logistics, company services, and operational activities
• About you
• Experience as Social Media Admin, Content Creator, or Social Media Specialist
• Understanding of how LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms work
• Ability to use Canva, CapCut, or similar design and editing applications
• Ability to write captions and communicate well in writing
• Creative, detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• Understanding of content planning basics, copywriting, and social media engagement
• Portfolio of content or social media accounts previously managed
• Ability to work independently and coordinate online with company team
• Experience managing B2B business or company accounts is an advantage, particularly in logistics or container depot field
• Understanding of Go Green Business concept
