Admin Validation (Makassar)

Responsibilities

Fulfilling the requirements of validation documents that are managed according to SOP and on time

Assist the Branch/POS in terms of circulating documents or approval by system that requires the approval of authorized officials in Head Office

• Storing company documents or assets
• Register vendors/third parties

Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major
• Have 1-2 years' experience in related field and also having knowledge of credit financing is a plus
• Have knowledge of administrative processes/operations with all terms and conditions
• Detail oriented and excellent in customer orientation
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in using MS Office
