- PT. ELEPHANT AIR TICKET SERVICE is currently offering an opportunity for those interested in joining us as:
- Position: Flight Ticket Refund Customer Service Admin (Indonesian & Korean)
Location
North Jakarta
Work Hours
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM WIB
Salary
Rp5,000 per ticket processed.
Job Description
- Collect data on customer flight tickets to be refunded.
- Contact Korean airlines to process ticket refunds.
- Record the results of the refund process, whether successful or unsuccessful.
