Purchasing Operations

Managing the purchase lifecycle from purchase request to payment, including preparing and processing requisitions.

Supplier Management

Researching potential vendors, negotiating prices, evaluating vendor performance, and maintaining professional relationships.

Documentation & Record-Keeping

Maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor contracts.

Quality & Logistics Control

Inspecting incoming goods and ensuring timely delivery to meet company demand.

Manages the end-to-end purchasing process, including sourcing vendors, issuing purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery, and managing documentation like invoices and contracts.

Ensure goods and services meet organizational needs efficiently, supporting operational requirements and maintaining supplier relationships.

Kualifikasi

• Willing to travel to source vendors.
• Able to communicate in ENGLISH is required.
