• We are seeking an experienced
• Ads Specialist
• to join PT. LARSA TOURS GROUP in Kuta, Bali. This is a
• full-time position

based on-site in our Bali office. As an Ads Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing advertising strategies that drive business growth and enhance brand visibility across multiple digital and traditional channels. You will be responsible for managing advertising campaigns, optimising ad performance, and ensuring that our marketing efforts effectively reach and engage our target audience in the competitive travel and tourism industry.

• Key responsibilities
• Develop, plan and execute advertising campaigns across digital platforms including social media, search engines and display networks
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing detailed reports and recommendations for optimisation
• Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal return on investment (ROI) and cost per acquisition (CPA)
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad content and messaging that resonates with target audiences
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify advertising opportunities and industry trends
• Liaise with external advertising agencies and media partners to negotiate rates and secure premium placements
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advertising platforms, tools and best practices in the industry
• Support account management teams in developing advertising strategies for client accounts
• Test and optimise ad creative, targeting parameters and bidding strategies to improve campaign results
• Track industry developments and emerging advertising technologies to maintain competitive advantage
• What we're looking for
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in advertising, digital marketing or agency account management

Proven expertise in managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, TikTok and other digital channels

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools and marketing analytics platforms
• Excellent understanding of advertising metrics, KPIs and conversion optimisation principles
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing campaign challenges
• Experience working in the travel, tourism or hospitality industry is highly desirable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM systems
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
• Google Ads certification or other relevant digital marketing certifications are advantageous
