Deskripsi pekerjaan Ads Video Editor (Experience AI Tools) Willscale
You MUST attach a link to your video editing portfolio, specifically highlighting works that utilize AI tools. Applications without a video portfolio will not be processed.
About the Role
Willscale are looking for an Ads Video Editor who goes beyond simple cut-to-cut editing. We need someone who understands performance marketing trend (how ads work) and is highly accustomed to leveraging Generative AI to speed up workflows and produce stunning visuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce video ads (UGC style, TikTok, Reels, Meta Ads) from raw assets into high-converting, ready-to-publish videos.
- Leverage the latest AI tools (e.g., Higgsfield, Claude, ElevenLabs, etc.) to efficiently generate voiceovers, visual assets, b-rolls, or subtitles.
- Apply dynamic pacing, seamless transitions, and clear Call-to-Actions (CTAs).
- Work collaboratively in a fully remote environment, iterating and adjusting videos based on feedback and ad performance data.
Requirements
- A strong portfolio showcasing commercial/video ad editing (not just cinematic videos, personal vlogs, or gaming montages).
- Highly familiar and hands-on with professional editing software (CapCut PC / Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve) combined with Generative AI tools.
- Solid understanding of social media audience psychology and current editing trends (especially for TikTok and Instagram).
- Disciplined, self-driven, and highly communicative, capable of thriving in a 100% remote work setup.
