- Lead automation production processes including assembly, dispensing, laser welding, and loading/unloading systems.
- Improve production efficiency and optimize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Design and optimize production line layouts using CAD or similar software.
- Analyze production issues using methodologies such as 5 Why and Fishbone Analysis.
- Deliver technical presentations to customers in China and the United States in both English and Mandarin.
- Manage local engineering teams, preventive maintenance plans, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- ✅ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field.
- ✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in automation manufacturing engineering.
- ✅ At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
✅ Strong knowledge of
- PLC fundamentals
- Industrial Robots (Fanuc, Yamaha, etc.)
- Vision Systems
- AutoCAD/Layout Design
- ✅ Experience in troubleshooting manufacturing equipment and implementing process improvements.
- ✅ Fluent in
- English and Mandarin
- (spoken and written).
- ✅ Indonesian citizens only.
