- Job Title : Affiliate Intern
- Company Overview
The Affiliate Marketing Intern at MOP Beauty plays an active role in supporting the growth of the brand's Affiliate ecosystem across TikTok and Shopee
Working closely with the Affiliate Manager and broader Marketing team, this role helps drive affiliate recruitment, creator communication, and day-to-day operational execution — from onboarding and sample coordination to content monitoring and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily affiliate activities on TikTok & Shopee
- Review daily affiliate form submissions and identify potential affiliates
- Reach out to potential affiliates and encourage them to join MOP Affiliate
- Assist with affiliate onboarding and creator communication
- Coordinate sample requests and shipments to affiliates
- Monitor affiliate content, views, and GMV
- Track campaign and hashtag performance
- Maintain affiliate database and performance trackers
- Support affiliate payment and commission checking
- Support affiliate campaigns and mega campaign activities
Kualifikasi
Requirements
- Interested in beauty, social media, and e-commerce
- Familiar with TikTok and Shopee
- Good with Google Sheets / Excel
- Detail oriented and organized
- Good communication skills, especially for affiliate recruitment and follow up
- Able to approach and convince potential affiliates to join MOP Affiliate
- Good follow up and coordination skills
- Able to manage sample and payment tracking
- Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Fresh graduates are welcome
