Key Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and manage affiliates across various platforms (social media & e-commerce)
• Identify new affiliate partnership opportunities and negotiate collaboration terms.
• Monitor daily and weekly affiliate performance using dashboards and analytics tools
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
• Manage and grow the affiliate community to increase brand awareness and content distribution
• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, sales, and ROI
• Coordinate product sample distribution and monitor published content
• Coordinate with the Marketing, E-commerce, and Creative teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and affiliate marketing best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Affiliate and/or Influencer Marketing
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing, Business, Communication preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Well-organized with good administrative abilities
• Passionate about digital marketing, influencer trends, and social media
• Analytical mindset with a strong drive for growth
