Affiliate Marketing Specialist

Job Description

• Manage daily e-commerce operations across Tokopedia, Shopee, and TikTok Shop.
• Monitor and ensure smooth order processing, shipping, and returns management.
• Manage affiliate campaigns end-to-end, including planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify new affiliate partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with the E-commerce and Creative teams to support campaign execution and promotional material development.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance based on established KPIs and business objectives.
• Prepare performance reports and provide insights to support the evaluation and continuous improvement of affiliate programs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Affiliate Marketing.
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms and related marketing tools.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and target-driven.
• Good understanding of digital trends, social media platforms, and the content creator ecosystem.
• Preferred: Experience in the Lifestyle & Home Living industry and/or familiarity with the Shopee platform and affiliate ecosystem.
