Affiliate Marketing Specialist

Qualifications

• Male/Female with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, KOL, Creator Management, or E-Commerce.
• Understands the TikTok Shop Affiliate and Shopee Affiliate ecosystems.
• Capable and accustomed to conducting creator outreach and creating affiliate programs or campaigns.
• Able or experienced in building an affiliate program from zero (is a plus).
• Possesses strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build an affiliate program from zero on TikTok Shop and Shopee.
• Search, contact, and acquire potential creators, KOLs, and affiliates.
• Negotiate commissions, campaigns, and partnerships with creators and agencies.
• Create strategies and analyze affiliate performance (GMV, orders, creator performance, and others).
• Coordinate with the creative, e-commerce, ads, and livestream teams.
