Lead the planning and delivery of AI projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring quality, timeline, and client satisfaction.

Lead, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.Work closely with product and business teams to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.

• Drive project governance, resource planning, risk management, and continuous process improvement.
• Contribute to the growth and strategy of BitHealth's AI Center by identifying new opportunities and strengthening delivery capabilities.
• Stay updated with the latest AI trends, technologies, and industry best practices to support business innovation.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in technology, digital transformation, or AI-related roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.

Solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence and data-driven technologies, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Strong project management skills with experience in project planning, execution, risk management, and delivery.

Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Experience in healthcare technology or digital health is an advantage.
