Job Description
- Develop and optimize AI pipelines using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, DSPy, Haystack, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Collaborate with the product & engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable and reliable AI solutions.
- Design, build, and develop AI/Machine Learning solutions, including Large Language Model (LLM)-based systems.
- Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures for AI-powered search and information retrieval.
- Build AI Agents with function calling/tool calling capabilities to automate business processes.
- Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Applied expertise in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, including model design, training, evaluation, and optimization for real-world datasets.
- Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), such as text classification, entity recognition, or conversational interfaces.
- Proficiency in AI/ML tools and languages (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and familiarity with data pipelines and APIs.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work on-site in Tangerang, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with IoT systems, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), and real-time data processing is highly beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
