Our platform combines AI-driven content orchestration with a modern learning management system, customer relationship management, and administrative tooling designed for the education sector.

• Role Overview
• We are looking for a versatile
• AI Full Stack Developer

to help build, maintain, and secure the RealmsGate platform. This role sits at the intersection of AI engineering and full stack web development — you'll work on training and deploying AI models into our production system, while also owning core LMS functionality, UI/UX, and backend services. You'll work closely and directly with the founder, who currently manages both the technical and business sides of the company.

This is a remote role based in Jakarta. Since RealmsGate's team and stakeholders are in Singapore, strong asynchronous communication skills and reliability over email and WhatsApp are essential.

• Key Responsibilities
• AI Model Development & Deployment
• Train, fine-tune, and evaluate AI models relevant to the platform (e.g., content tagging, question generation, personalization)
• Deploy AI models into the production system and integrate them with existing services
• Monitor model performance in production and iterate as needed
• LMS Platform Maintenance
• Maintain and improve core LMS functionality, ensuring stability and reliability
• Own and improve UI/UX across the platform, from student/tutor-facing interfaces to admin dashboards
• Implement and maintain data security best practices, including access control and safe handling of user data
• CRM & Accounting Functionality
• Develop and maintain features supporting CRM workflows (lead tracking, client communication, etc.)
• Develop and maintain features supporting accounting/invoicing workflows
• Full Stack Development
• Build and maintain frontend interfaces and backend services/APIs
• Write clean, well-documented, maintainable code across the stack
• Code Quality & AI-Assisted Development
• Use AI coding tools where helpful to accelerate development, but take full ownership of the output
• Thoroughly review, test, and troubleshoot any AI-generated code before it ships
• Maintain a clear understanding of the entire codebase — no "black box" code the team can't explain, debug, or modify independently

Requirements

• Proven experience as a full stack developer (frontend + backend), with a portfolio or code samples to show
• Hands-on experience training and/or fine-tuning AI/ML models, and deploying them into a live application

Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills — able to read, understand, and fix code regardless of whether it was self-written or AI-generated

• Experience with (or willingness to quickly learn) our current stack and tools
• Understanding of data security fundamentals (authentication, authorization, safe data storage/handling)
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, async-first environment

Reliable internet connection and availability for regular communication via WhatsApp/email during overlapping working hours with Singapore (GMT+8)

• Good written English for documentation and cross-border communication
• Nice to have
• Prior experience in EdTech, CRM, or accounting/invoicing software
• Familiarity with LMS concepts or e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI, cmi5)
• Experience with the Anthropic API or similar LLM APIs
• What We're Looking For

Someone who can move fluidly between AI engineering and traditional full stack work, take ownership of features end-to-end, and treat AI coding tools as an accelerant — not a replacement for genuine understanding of the system. You should be someone the founder can hand a problem to and trust that it'll be solved properly, with the reasoning behind it fully explainable.
