About the role
Design, develop and maintain the overall AI architecture for Executive Intelligence Platform and Decision Support Systems. Define end-to-end AI solution architecture, including data ingestion, knowledge base, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector database, model serving, monitoring and evaluation. Design scalable AI infrastructure integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Knowledge Graphs and Machine Learning services.
- Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade AI solutions using on-premise LLMs
- Establish architecture standards, security controls, governance and best practices for AI applications
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Backend Engineers and UX teams to deliver AI-powered features
- Design AI orchestration workflows for executive briefing, risk assessment, situation analysis, forecasting and recommendation systems
- Ensure AI solutions are secure, scalable, reliable, maintainable and production-ready
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend suitable architectures for enterprise adoption
- Drive AI performance optimization, observability and continuous improvement
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural guidance across AI development teams
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 5+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years designing AI/ML solutions
- Strong experience designing enterprise AI architecture using LLMs, RAG, Knowledge Graphs and AI Agents
- Proficiency in Python and backend frameworks
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph or similar AI frameworks
- Experience with vector databases such as Opensearch, pgvector or similar
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, containerization and MLOps
- Experience designing REST APIs, microservices and distributed systems
- Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, model security, hallucination mitigation and AI evaluation methodologies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical solutions to both engineering and executive stakeholders
